TERMS & CONDITIONS

1-Visiting charges

Our professionals visit the job site to assess the nature and volume of the work. We charge Rs. 500 as a visiting fee for this assessment. However, if we reach an agreement with the client to proceed with the execution of the work, the visiting fee is waived, and only the standard cleaning charges apply.

2.Inspection of work.

During the cleaning process, the work must be inspected by the client to ensure it meets their satisfaction. Once an area (or part of it) has been inspected and approved by the client, we are not responsible for any re-soiling caused by external factors such as a dust storm. If the cleaned area becomes dirty again and requires additional cleaning, it will be subject to extra charges.

3 Payment procedure.

Once our representative completes the initial visit and both parties agree to proceed, we will promptly move our machinery and staff to the client's premises. At this stage, the client is required to pay a 25% advance. The remaining balance will be paid in accordance with the progress of the work, until the final bill is settled in full.

4 Deep cleaning does not include carpets, curtains, dining chairs, sofa sets, bed covers, mattresses, blinds, and similar items. It includes interior window panes, window sills, bathrooms, inside cabinets, fixtures, doors, dusting of blinds and curtains, and general surface cleaning.

5 We will provide cleaning services on the agreed date and time. However, in case of unforeseen circumstances that may cause a delay, we will inform you in advance.

6- Clearance

After the job is completed and payment is cleared, it is the client’s responsibility—at the time of final pack-up and before our staff and machinery leave the premises—to inspect and verify that nothing is pending. The client must then issue a clearance note to our team, confirming that no dues or obligations remain outstanding against our company.

Note:

The removal of oil, paint, adhesive (e.g., Elfy), and other stubborn stains from sofa fabric, curtains, carpets, and bed sheets is not included in our scope of work.
